Rates & Insurance

Fees: $200/ session
Sessions are typically about 55 minutes long.

Dr. Benveniste is “in-network” with Premera BlueCross and LifeWise.
For those with other forms of insurance Dr. Benveniste will bill at his standard rate of $200/hour for which the patient will be directly responsible. Dr. Benvensite will provide an invoice for the patient to submit to his/her insurance company for whatever reimbursement the insurance company may offer to the patient. It is useful, and highly recommended, for the patient to check with his/her insurance company to find out if the insurance company will offer any reimbursement and if so, what kind of reimbursement he/she may be able to expect.

Payment

Dr. Benveniste accepts checks or Zelle deposits.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
